Youth Leadership Symposium

Youth Leadership Symposium (YLS) is a six-month program that prepares high school youth to lead in local congregations and supports them in designing and implementing their own project for their home Church. This is not a leadership team, but rather a leadership lab where youth can explore their gifts, receive wisdom from other leaders, and imagine new possibilities for their local church. Any congregation in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) or United Church of Christ may have one youth and one adult participant.
