Making a Reservation

  1. To begin designing your retreat or event, please email campteamhugley@gmail.com to check availability, find out more information, and make your reservation.

  2. Event pricing will vary according to choices of lodging and meeting spaces, kitchen/dining options, and number of attendees.

  3. Arrangements for arrival and departure times are to be made at the time of booking your group.

  4. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at time contract is signed; balance due to be paid on arrival.

  5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 10 days prior to event; groups may re-book based on availability. 

  6. Camp Christian Conference Center reserves the right to assess additional cleaning fees. Please leave facilities in the condition found (or better) at check-in.

  7. Disciples (DOC) congregations and groups receive a 25% discount for rentals.
