Peachtree Conference Center
Peachtree Conference Center is a climate-controlled meeting room suitable for use by groups up to 35 people. It is equipped with meeting or conference tables, chairs, and a fireplace. The building also includes restrooms, a screened porch and rocking chairs overlooking the lake, and a family-style kitchen that can be used to prepare meals for your group.
Lavery Hall
Lavery Hall at Camp Christian Conference Center is a 2,200 sq. ft. multi-use facility suitable for use by groups of up to 100 people. The hall is climate-controlled for year-round comfort and is equipped with rectangular banquet tables, chairs, and a 10 x 10 projection screen. The space also includes restrooms and the use of a refrigerator and sink. It can be flexibly set up for both meetings and meals. The hall is named after Rev. Carol Lavery, who served as Associate Regional Minister for 14 years, and was an important supporter of Camp Christian.
Meal Service
Lavery Hall’s full-service commercial kitchen can provide prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals at an additional cost. Contact us at campteamhugley@gmail.com for more information and a quote. Groups using our meal service may use Lavery Hall as a meeting space at no additional charge. Smaller groups using Peachtree Lodge have the use of the building’s family-style kitchen to prepare their own meals. The kitchen includes basic cookware, a coffee pot, and tableware.
Gardner Room @ Woodland Lodge
The Gardner Room in Woodland Lodge is a sunroom adjacent to the porch which overlooks the lake. It is furnished with couches, tables, chairs, and a 10 x 10 projection screen, and is suitable for informal meetings for groups of up to 25 people.
Outdoor Pavilions
Five screened outdoor pavilions/villas are available for those seeking a more rustic setting. Villas are furnished with lights and fans and can accommodate up to 20 people in each villa. The villas are named and located throughout the camp, providing an ideal outdoor location for campers or retreat participants to work on crafts or projects, or meet in small groups or Bible studies.
Outdoor Worship
Options for outdoor worship include Lakeside Worship, featuring a beautiful view of the lake and cross on the opposite side of the lake and benches for 120 people. The Fire Circle is an ideal spot for evening sing-alongs. The Prayer Labyrinth, located a short walk from Lavery Hall, provides an opportunity for individuals or groups to engage in an ancient Christian spiritual practice. The Prayer Labyrinth was made possible by a gift from Roswell Christian Church and includes a small Meditation Chapel in the center.
