Linked By Love
God’s love lets us experience his love directly. We have many relationships in our lives, and his love manifests and weaves in and out of our lives. We have been born into families or chosen to be part of a family, and we see God’s love in our close friends and family.
As we experience some quiet moments -- when we are present with each other -- we also find love in acts of grace when we have been apart.
We listen and hear God in words of truth that are shared from those who know and love us. These "love links" teach us about commitment, grace, and faith. While we seek to create and strengthen our life-giving relationships, we remember God’s love flows into us, links us together. and for all of this, we give thanks.
During this summer camp experience, we will all grow together in community where we are all welcome and we are all connected by God's love as we learn to share his love with others.
Counselors for each camp will be needed (CYF at least 24 years old, Chi Rho at least 21 years old, and Junior & Chrysalis at least 19 years old—one year out of high school). More counselors will be needed this summer to ensure quality time for all attending. Counselors in Training for Oasis, Junior, and Chrysalis should have completed grades 10th, 11th, or 12th. Thank you for your support for the coming DOC Summer Camp season. If you would like to donate something from the Camp Christian Wish List 2024, please use the button below to make purchases to have them delivered directly to Camp Christian. There are a variety of items, from decks of cards, to basketballs, to other items — the list is updated as needs are discovered.

Clorox (or equivalent) unscented: 1 gallon or ½ gallon
Pine Sol or Equivalent
Toilet Paper for use in a septic system 4 roll-12 roll packages or
Paper Towel 2 roll-8 roll packages to make storage easier.
Amdro ant killer bait or equivalent in a shaker type container 1 or 2 lb. not requiring water
Wasp or hornet spray
Heavy duty 33-gallon trash bags
Tall kitchen bags (white) of good quality
Disinfecting spray to clean tables
If you or your church group would like to donate, and you are able to deliver donations to camp, or have campers or counselors bring them to the first camp (June 9/10), that would be great! 2024 Summer Camp Dates + Rates
Ages on applications are State of Georgia school ages for each grade and Grades completed at end of your school system 2023-2024 year. These will be noted on the online registration forms.

Director, Counselor and CIT Applications
Camp takes place each summer at Camp Christian Conference Center, an outdoor sanctuary located near the geographic center of Georgia. From Genesis Camp for Kindergarten graduates and a parent/guardian, to CYF Conference for high school students, and camps for every age group in between —children, youth, and adult directors and counselors experience God in this beautiful 350-acre outdoor setting. Summer camp programs also include an opportunity for young people to explore Christian service by serving as Counselors In Training (CITs) at Camp Oasis, an annual summer day camp experience serving local children from Wilkinson County, GA.
