Vacation Bible School
Like most churches, New Hope is gearing up for a
fantastic and exciting Vacation Bible School. This year's theme is the
Circle "G" Ranch, where God is at the center and love never ends. The
dates are June 1-June 5. Volunteers are lining up and getting ready for
their first orientation, which will take place on Wednesday, May 14th,
6:30-8:00 PM. VBS is an amazing community outreach program, and we look
forward to touching the lives of the children who come and teaching them
about the love of Jesus.
CWF News
The CWF at New Hope is once again hosting the annual
Mother-Daughter Brunch in celebration of all moms, grandmothers and
other special women in their lives. It will be held at the church on
Saturday, May 10th, and the special guest speaker will be author and
humorist Cathy Lee Phillips. A special Kitchen "Shower" is being held in
conjunction with this event. A special "Wish Llist" was distributed of
things needed in both the new and the "old" kitchen. This event is
always a blessing and a time of great food and wonderful fellowship. We
thank God for all of the special women in our lives.
