Miracle Day 2005
First Christian Church, Hiltonia
 Disciples
from all over Georgia converged on Hiltonia on October 15, 2005 to create
another Miracle Day. A spirited group worked on a wide range of projects.
The new education wing was had tape and mud applied to the sheetrock.
Electrical wiring was installed. The sanctuary and kitchen were painted.
The new fellowship hall was prepared for painting. The back yard was
cleaned of trash, limbs were cut and the grass was mowed.
Much was accomplished and much is yet to
be completed.
Pastor Frank Waits said that this day was
truly a miracle after all the delays caused by hurricanes in 2004.
He thanked all the participants in this years effort.
Medie Still did an outstanding job organizing
and co-coordinating the work and along with Jenny Miller and many experienced
workers who lent their professional talents to the task.
