Monday Tuesday Wednesday
Thursday Friday

Monday

The first day of camp!  Check out our excellent group photo!

And watch us yell, "Yay, Camp!"

We arrived by bus, minivan and car

We got t-shirts and nametags at check-in

Lunch can be the most important meal of the day

Directors Melissa Russell and Brad Miller give instructions

How many e-mails require a song?

These two must have gotten a bunch

The pool's a great place to cool off

Paddleboating on the lake is fun too

Tuesday

Today was tie-dye day!  We thought it might rain, but the storms passed by and let us have our water games.

Cleaning up at Kapers is the first order of the day

This afternoon, we did tie-dye with spray bottles of paint

Sometimes you had to wait for your color

But check out this beautiful creation

And this one

After supper, it was water games

With a water balloon toss, naturally

Then the Junior 1 Ramblin' Raft Race

Orange won, but red gave a great effort

How many Junior 1 campers fit in a swim cap?

Would you believe one?

Wednesday

Today it rained, but the sun kept shining.  That wasn't the only crazy thing, though.  We thought Matt might have cheated in the balloon toss, but the news said it wasn't so.

It was hot, so time on the lake was good.

A canoe is tricky until you get the hang of it

A price to pay for lost name tags

Trust me, you don't want to know

Does this really need an explanation?

Tonight was campfire night

And that means s'mores!!

S'mores and s'mores

Thursday

Today we have pictures from our small groups and from the talent show!

Meeting in one of the camp villas

Meeting at lakeside worship

Or just meeting

The camper on the street, er, bench, interview

Charly Jo played the harmonica

Caroline, with Ms. Kim as backup, sang Michael Row the Boat Ashore, beautifully

Try 1-800-CALL-GOD

Burpin' Nickolas demonstrates his technique with style and flair

Friday

Last day.  Time to go.

One last time to have breakfast together

We did Kapers after this

Goodbye for now to old and new camp friends

Ms. Lauren and Cabin 3 left a greeting for Chrysalis I
